Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan has no limits on affiliates, orders or referred sales and charges no transaction fees. Paid plans will add extras like affiliate storefront pages, tiers and automatic PayPal payouts.
How are sales tracked?
Through the affiliate's discount code at checkout, or their referral link within a window you choose (30 days by default). The tracking embed respects Shopify's cookie consent.
Can I set different commissions?
Yes: a program default (percent or fixed per order), a custom rate per affiliate, and product or collection rules, including excluding items.
What happens when an order is refunded?
The commission is reduced in proportion to what was refunded. If it was already paid, the difference comes off the affiliate's next payout.
How do affiliates get paid?
You choose when to create payouts. You pay affiliates by bank transfer or PayPal using the exported details, then mark the payout as paid. The app never holds money.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. Tracking is a theme app embed that works with Online Store 2.0 themes, and the sign-up page renders inside your theme.
